You may not know the glorious early years of Modi and Shah. Here's a brief history.
Haren Pandya was Modi's home minister when Modi was parachuted in as Gujarat CM in October 2001. Modi wasn't an MLA and had to win a seat within six months. He needed a safe one. to lose.
His eyes fell on Ellis Bridge, the safest BJP seat in Ahmedabad. Haren Pandya was its MLA. Modi asked him to step aside. Pandya's reply: "I'm ready to give this seat to anyone but Modi." He had known Modi for years.
Vajubhai Vala was asked to resign. He obliged, gave up his Rajkot seat, and Modi was in.
In March 2003, Haren Pandya went for his morning walk. He was found dead in his car. Five bullets. The story cooked up: terrorists from Hyderabad. It fell apart.
The truth is simple. Sohrabuddin Sheikh and his aide Tulsi Prajapati pulled the trigger. Sohrabuddin ran with Amit Shah's extortion racket. The man who gave the contract is no secret.
When the UPA took over, the CBI picked up the case. But by then Sohrabuddin and his wife were already dead. Tulsi Prajapati followed, killed in a fake encounter. And the man smiling next to Modi in that photograph? D.G. Vanzara. He carried out both killings.
The CBI had audio tapes of Amit Shah. Shah was arrested in July 2011, bailed on one condition: stay out of Gujarat. The case moved to Mumbai.
Judge Loya, an honest judge, had all the evidence before him. He summoned Amit Shah repeatedly. Shah never showed up, not once, even in Mumbai. Loya was about to order his arrest. Days later, Loya was dead, in Nagpur, at a colleague's daughter's wedding.
He had been offered ₹100 crore and the Chief Justiceship of the Bombay High Court for a favourable verdict. He refused to sell his conscience. He paid with his life.

Tomorrow, lakhs of people are coming to Delhi for the Ramlila March.
It is the festive season. Diwali, Chhath and Bhai Dooj are here. I want the lakhs of people coming to Delhi from different parts of the country to support the local traders here.
Tomorrow, along with protesting, marching and attending the rally, do a little shopping too. It will help our local traders.
I know that our rally will not hurt the traders. The BJP is spreading rumours because it is scared.
But let’s do both.
Tomorrow, there will be a march, there will be a rally, and lakhs of people will also buy things from the small shops of our local traders.

The Members of Parliament of the INDIA Janbandhan representing over 60% of the population of India and citizens assembled in New Delhi on October 31, 2026, affirming their firmest commitment to universal adult franchise as enshrined in Article 326 of the Constitution of India that is under the gravest threat by the actions of the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC), Mr. Gyanesh Kumar hereby resolve that he be impeached on the following charges:
Charge I: The Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar, has overseen and participated in a devious and malevolent criminal conspiracy orchestrated by the BJP to steal National and State elections. He has willingly broken the rule of law by allowing them to access voter’s rolls, to delete and add voters at will and manipulate the outcome of the elections. He is guilty of operationalizing a premeditated attack on the electoral process that is the very foundation of India’s democracy. This is a criminal act and an act of treason against the nation and the Constitution of India.
Charge II: The Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar, is directly responsible for a manipulated, truncated and destructive Special Intensive Revision of the Electoral Rolls. He has ensured the intentional deletion of 13.2 crore voters, depriving them of the fundamental right to vote guaranteed to them by the Constitution of India, in a manner that is partisan, opaque and flagrantly violative of natural justice. This is a criminal act and an act of treason against the nation and the Constitution of India.
Charge III: The Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar, is guilty of illegally, without Parliamentary oversight or knowledge, having amended Form 6 of the Registration of Electors’ Rules, 1960, thereby entering into a criminal conspiracy to prevent the enrollment of first-time voters and stealing from them the fundamental right to vote guaranteed by the Constitution of India effectively negating their rights as citizens of India. This is an act of treason against the nation and the Constitution of India.
Charge IV: The Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar, is guilty of illegally centralizing control over the electoral rolls in the ECI, through the malicious use of the ERONET/ECINET software, with the aim to delete voters and to prevent local ERO’s from adding legitimate voters. This is a criminal attempt to tamper with the process of free and fair elections upon which the democratic framework of India is founded. It is an act of treason against the nation and the Constitution of India.

He has repeatedly attacked the opposition, denied it hearing, locked the Election Commission of India to prevent leaders from pleading their case and watched in silence as opposition leaders were illegally disqualified, prevented from fighting elections and brutally assaulted on the streets outside his office. In return for this shameful compliance with the ruling BJP, several of Mr. Gyanesh Kumar’s family members have received benefits and considerations including by way of plum postings and unprecedented opportunities for renumeration. By acting brazenly against his constitutional mandate at the behest of the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi and Home Minister, Mr. Amit Shah, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar has betrayed the trust and faith of the Indian people. He has willfully undermined the rule of law and participated in a criminal conspiracy to manipulate and falsify the results of democratically held elections that are the bedrock of India’s democracy. These are acts of treason against the nation and the Constitution of India.
In the light of the above facts, it is clear that lifelong legal protection provided to the Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Gyanesh Kumar by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government in December 2023, were intended as a cover for the criminal activities enacted by him against the nation and the Constitution of India and that he must be removed forthwith.

വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ പഠനജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും പവിത്രമായ ബിരുദദാന ചടങ്ങിനെപ്പോലും അലങ്കോലപ്പെടുത്തി രാഷ്ട്രീയ മുതലെടുപ്പിന് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് എസ്.എഫ്.ഐയുടെ അധഃപതിച്ച സംസ്കാരത്തെയാണ് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത്. പ്രസംഗം കഴിഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് കൃത്യമായി മറുപടി നൽകാമെന്ന് മന്ത്രി വളരെ മാന്യമായി വ്യക്തമാക്കിയ ശേഷവും, വേദിയിലേക്ക് ഇരച്ചുകയറി ഭീകരാന്തരീക്ഷം സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനാണ് അവർ മുതിർന്നത്.
അഭിപ്രായസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള ഗുണ്ടായിസവും അസഹിഷ്ണുതയും കേരളത്തിലെ കലാലയങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ചുപൊറുപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല. ജനാധിപത്യപരമായ സംവാദങ്ങൾക്ക് താല്പര്യമില്ലാതെ സർക്കാരിനെയും മന്ത്രിമാരെയും അക്രമത്തിലൂടെ നേരിടാമെന്ന എസ്.എഫ്.ഐയുടെ വ്യാമോഹം വിലപ്പോവില്ല.
ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രംഗത്ത് വലിയ മുന്നേറ്റം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന യു.ഡി.എഫ് സർക്കാരിന്റെ ജനക്ഷേമ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവരാണ് ഇത്തരം അക്രമങ്ങൾക്ക് പിന്നിൽ.

അഭിപ്രായസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള ഗുണ്ടായിസവും അസഹിഷ്ണുതയും കേരളത്തിലെ കലാലയങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ചുപൊറുപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല. ജനാധിപത്യപരമായ സംവാദങ്ങൾക്ക് താല്പര്യമില്ലാതെ സർക്കാരിനെയും മന്ത്രിമാരെയും അക്രമത്തിലൂടെ നേരിടാമെന്ന എസ്.എഫ്.ഐയുടെ വ്യാമോഹം വിലപ്പോവില്ല.
