A title doesn’t make you a leader.
Your character does.
Your actions do.
The people you help grow do.
Don’t just manage people. Develop them.
Don’t demand respect. Earn it.
LEAD. INSPIRE. BECOME THE STANDARD.
— I Am Alex Mercedes

I’ve always felt a little out of sync — not because I’m better, but because I see the world differently. That’s taught me to value depth over noise, and alignment over crowds.

The most underrated storyline of 2025:
Gen-Z is influencing elections, culture, tech, AND global activism at the same time.
This is the first youth movement in history powered by the internet, creativity, and zero patience for bullshit.

This isn’t just about immigration.
It’s about power unchecked.
If a man is deported supposedly for breaking the law, then the agent who violates the LAW should be held to the same standard.
We demand accountability.

Charlie Kirk’s death hit me hard. I disagreed with many of his views, but I respected his conviction, I respected him as a debater and admire him as a father. No one deserves to be gunned down for their beliefs. Violence and hate are destroying us. It must end.

When you’re the kind of person who does a lot for others-like, always going above and beyond, trusting everyone, and loving hard-it kinda sucks because you end up getting hurt the most.

🌟🌧️ Life’s a canvas painted by our thoughts and actions. On one side, the bright colors of optimism & joy. On the other, the gray shades of pessimism & despair. Every day, we hold the brush. What hues are you painting with today? #MindsetMatters #PositiveVsNegative

It's amazing how the world is full of different perspectives. What's ordinary to you, could be extraordinary to someone else. 🌎 #ThoughtOfTheDay
