Hero labs was definitely a product of its time, broken kits and placeholder design. Y'know whats not broken though? A gorilla, from the moon. He could be super smart and wear glasses, with a short range toggle tesla cannon, and a dome shield to counter aoe slop.

These two will always be so fucking weird to me
1: they were along side the hero labs roster for some reason, next to heros like doorman and drifter
2: their kits sucked ass
3: they lasted WAY longer then the other unused heros, being fully playable up until city never sleeps +
