'Last Night In Soho' turns 5 this week. I'll post some behind the scenes photos in the next few days. But enjoy this breakdown of the 'Cafe De Paris' dance sequence with Anya Taylor Joy, Thomasin McKenzie and Matt Smith, eat Jennifer White.
Too many amazing people worked on this film with me, and there are sequences (like this) that I'm insanely proud of. I started the week off by watching Olivier Assayas' excellent slow-burn The Wizard of the Kremlin. Paul Dano is excellent, metering his speech in a soft and languidly potent crawl, and though Jude Law doesn't even attempt to hide his English accent he's a perfect stand-in for Vladimir Putin.
