Well put John. The modern banking customer is no longer impressed by the mere privilege of having an account. The real differentiator is tangible value, convenience and a bank that understands its customers' lifestyles. Digital banking is now an expectation, not a competitive advantage. You can't tell someone to fill forms online then print, sign and bring them to branch
This has been an interesting conversation to follow.
The future of banking is not only digital but also very intentional about offering demonstrable value to its diverse and increasingly discerning customer base that’s actively looking for ‘what’s in it for me’.
