feeling a little bit better now, bright lights still hurt my eyes pretty frequently, my body doesn't hurt as much which is good, i'm not back to 100% yet but we're getting there

Got in a car accident this morning, almost died, and car is totaled…
i was driving my friends car in the pouring rain on the highway, just going straight, going the speed limit, then out of nowhere the car starts sliding sideways, spinning out and then spinning in circles over and over and it felt like the car could of flipped, and then the back of the car smacks the guard rail on the side of the highway, airbags didn’t come out and my friend smacked his head on the window and was puking, ive been getting extremely dizzy and lightheaded at random times all day, and we both have concussions, my neck hurts a lot, my spine and back hurt too.
car is totaled and insurance isn’t covering it either because it’s his car and i’m not on his insurance.
saw my life flash before my eyes…at least we’re alive 🙏
