Ravens GM just doesn’t embody the culture that players like Lewis, Reed, and Suggs and them guys built.

That second-half Ravens performance was abhorrent. Both players and coaches will need to do a lot of soul searching, because we’re miles off it.
Lamar Jackson can paper over a lot of cracks with his greatness. We knew that already. But he cannot be solely responsible for winning.
It’s starting to feel like the same shit, different week, and that is damning for a professional sports team. The Ravens have a lot to fix, and not a lot of time to do it.
Jesse Minter got it critically wrong this week; you could argue Declan Doyle did the same. But then far too many players let standards slip as the loss became evident.
We now need real accountability. No coach-speak. No PR-friendly garbage. Action and change.
