California has refused to work with the Federal Government to protect against noncitizen voting, which dilutes lawful votes, so @TheJusticeDept has filed an emergency application with the Supreme Court to require California to segregate mail-in ballots associated with more than ns until their citizenship can be verified.
We will continue pursuing every available legal avenue to protect the integrity of our elections and ensure federal law is enforced.

WOW!! The Trump Administration just lost ANOTHER election related case with a Federal Judge granting a TRO to stop the Trump DOJ from intimidating election workers.
Importantly in this, the Judge says: “Defendants shall not threaten state or local election officials and workers on for processing or counting ballots in the 2026 election in compliance with state and federal laws that govern election administration on the basis that a ballot belongs to an individual alleged by Defendants to be ineligible to vote.”
