What an important day for @HawaiiAthletics.
A new economic impact study confirms what we have long known: beyond the pride our Rainbows bring and the way UH athletics unites our communities, it also makes a significant contribution to our state's economy.

Heavy rain, thunderstorms and flash flood potential across the state will build this afternoon, especially for Oʻahu and Maui Nui, likely peaking overnight and through most of the day tomorrow.
The central Hawaiian Islands of Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi and Maui could see up to 8 alized storms, 1 to 2 inches for Kauaʻi, and 2 to 4 inches for the Big Island. These localized storms could also produce gusty, damaging winds in isolated areas.
Be aware of flash flooding potential, especially if you live near a stream, mountain valley or urban paved area where runoff and flooding is likely.
Make sure you are receiving emergency alerts in case flash flood warnings are issued. Sign up at ready.hawaii.gov/alerts.
