Last week @GoToImpulse completed our second employee tender offer. The first was last fall, and we were fortunate that our partners at @137ventures supported us again this year.
A tender gives employees an opportunity to sell some of their vested shares – to benefit from the value that they’ve created in Impulse. This opportunity is a testament to our commercial and technical progress, and the result of our team's hard work.
Our goal, “To accelerate our future beyond earth” is not small. Our work is not easy. But our strategy to accomplish it is straightforward:
1) Hire great people
2) Give them ambitious goals
3) Stay the hell out of their way

We're over 24 hours into the mission, and LEO Express 4 continues to operate nominally.
Following separation from Falcon 9, we’ve begun receiving initial data from Mira. The vehicle is healthy, and the team is now moving through commissioning and checkout procedures ahead of ers.

Two missions. Two @SpaceNews_Inc Icon Award finalist honors. 🏆
Impulse was selected as a finalist for the Commercial Space Achievement category alongside @StarfishSpace for the Remora RPO mission. Starfish software autonomously controlled our LEO-2 Mira through a series of within approximately 1,250 meters of our LEO-1 Mira on orbit. See the mission in action in the video below!
We are also finalists in the Military Space Achievement category for our contract with the USSF for a future Space Force space domain awareness mission. Mira will host a government-furnished optical payload built by MIT Lincoln Laboratory to support SDA for objects located in GEO.
Mira is putting maneuverability at the center of what’s possible in orbit. Congrats to our crew behind the work. Two well-earned honors for the missions we’re bringing to life. 👏
