UK parents. Did you try to get a nanny for your household but found yourself 'priced out' due to high salaries and bonus expectations, etc? #journorequest

I'm almost lost for words after watching @JeremyVineOn5. Could he have trivialised that segment on 'should we stop being snobby about romantic fiction' any more? Wearing a ridiculous wig and fake chest and trying to look smouldering for the cameras!!! Only this week I was sent a message by a reader who had had a very bad time earlier in the year and got through it by reading. 'Am back up and running now but please do not underestimate how therapeutic your books are.' Read what you love, crime, romance, comics. Storytelling is storytelling! Respect writers and readers!

I felt quite good in my new gym t-shirt yesterday (red with blue sleeves). Until about 6 fourteen year old boys turned up together, all wearing their school PE top, which was... red with blue sleeves. Felt like I was trying to be part of the gang!

Retirees. Did you have a high-flying and/or pressurised career? How did you cope with the fallout after retirement? I'm writing a piece on how people bridged the gap. Maybe you got a part-time job, started a business or took up a hobby. #journorequest

Final one from me today. Looking for women aged 40+ whose house has a fascinating 'back story.' Was it formerly a police station or prison? Does it have a blue plaque? Did someone famous live there, pass through? Is there a ghost story? UK based. #journorequest #prrequest

Women 45, have you got a skill that might surprise people that work with you? Do you have a hobby that's unusual or dangerous/daring? Are you an office worker by day, pole dancer by night? Do you fly hot air balloons? Do you hold a wacky world record?
