He has successfully appealed a prison term d was given a community order. Within weeks he had raped more women at knifepoint.
After being finally sentenced to 10 years he blocked the Home Office's ability to deport him (Kier Starmer might have been his defence).
He has now successfully sued the NHS trust since despite being addicted to Codeine has has argued that he was made to take it during Ramadan which goes against his human rights. And he has won.
