It never asks for your secret phrase.
And it doesn't rush you with "your account will be locked in 10 minutes".

Fact: coins live on the blockchain, not in the app. The app only reads them.
Paste your address into a blockchain explorer, for example Tronscan or Etherscan. If the coins are there, the app just didn't load the data.
