One of the easiest ways to observe an athlete’s Motor Preferences is to watch movements that aren’t typically taught—like how they leave the box after hitting a home run.
Watch the untaught moments. They’re a great opportunity to observe an athlete’s natural Motor Preferences.

Oklahoma State OF Reese Poage shares how better understanding the way she moves helped bring more context to what works for her at the plate.
Understand the individual. Then make the adjustment.

What a week at the Gasso Center of Excellence.
We wrapped up the first-ever Motor Preferences Coaches Clinic and couldn't be more excited about what's ahead.
Coaches from across the country came together to learn, collaborate, challenge ideas, and explore athlete development or Preferences.
The vision has always been bigger than a single event.
A place where coaches can continue learning and better understand the athletes in front of them.
A place where players can learn more about themselves and take the next step in their development.
Thank you to everyone who joined us.
This was just the beginning.
