I cry when I’m having panic/anxiety attacks and I know people who cry during arguments. It’s a normal thing to do, especially when realizing that you’ve been a shitty person to someone you care about

As person who does cry in almost all stresfull situations, has experienced "don't play a victim" comments multiplle times and has been made to feel guilty for crying - I'm so glad someone broaght this up. Thanks
