5️⃣Ensure all outstanding FRLD pledges are converted to agreements to pay and deliver new pledges to the Fund. $2.8 billion was requested under the start up phase, yet only $342 million is available and trillions are needed by 2035. W/o new pledges the Fund could run empty in 2027
