Then we had @mitsuhiko, the creator of Flask, explaining how straightforward it is to mix Rust and Python, how it's a great combination of tools and ecosystems, and how it allows us to get the extra performance/benefits from Rust while staying in the convenience of Python. ๐Ÿฆ€๐Ÿ

Continuing with mixing Rust and Python, @samuelcolvin, the creator of @pydantic, showed us the tricks underneath the new Pydantic v2, how the core was written in Rust, and how we can keep the same Python code, but get 2000% more performance (20X) just by upgrading. ๐Ÿš„๐Ÿ˜Ž

To finalize, we had a fireside chat between @mitsuhiko and @tiangolo, answering questions from the audience, with @zeeg, the founder of @getsentry, moderating and stirring (things ๐Ÿคช) up (the conversation).

And for the last ones we brought @samuelcolvin and @marcelotryle too ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ
