We understand that an 160-core server may have been donated for FFmpeg. If so, it would make a major difference for Forgejo CI/performance.

@FFmpeg @AmpereComputing Turns out the server was not really gifted to FFmpeg but rather to the CEO of a company that does business around FFmpeg and whose contribution to FFmpeg were… of mixed consequences to say the least.
