FCS will be responding to Ofcom’s consultation on Openreach Special Offers. FCS supports competitive markets and is concerned that the impact on the complex supply chain has not been addressed. Members - look out for the emailed briefing. We would love to hear your views.

We have responded to Ofcom’s discussion paper ‘Connectivity you can count on’

FCS welcomes this review but believes that @Ofcom needs to look at all aspects of connectivity.

We live in an increasingly converged world & regulation needs to reflect this.

Members should check their emails for a briefing on the essential steps to take when ceasing PSTN/ISDN lines as part of the WLR switch-off. Time is running out and we urge members to review the Government's Final Engagement Protocol (link in comment below).
