ALERT: 4 college fraternity pledges arrested after allegedly doing their hazing “tradition” straight out of the movie 'Old School' by kidnapping another pledge and throwing him in the back of a truck.
William Oldner, 19, Noah Lara, 20, Tyler Fogg, 18, and Wyatt Carr, 18, are all Phi Delta Theta fraternity pledges, according to court documents.
The 4 men grabbed and taped the mouth shut of another 18-year-old pledge and threw him into a truck.
Officers located the truck at the Arba Apartments in San Marcos, and the men told them, “The incident was a tradition.”
All 4 men were arrested on misdemeanor hazing charges.

71-year-old Martinez, who lives across the street, was seen stumbling out of the car and even fell over onto the ground after the crash.
Martinez, who was sentenced to 10 days in jail, five years of community service, and a two-year license suspension after his 5th DWI in 2021, had just had his breathalyzer taken out of his car in July.
Ajpacaga said, "What saved me was the bed… Because if the bed wasn't there, I would have died because the car would have ran into me."
Court records allege he was intoxicated at the time of the crash, and Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen says they found partially consumed bottles of alcohol in Martinez’s car.
Rosen stated, “You know, the system is not holding him accountable… The last thing we want to have happen is somebody die… And in this particular case, he easily could have killed this 15-year-old girl."
