💗 A Little Positivity for World Mental Health Day 🫶🏻

At yesterday’s game, one of our incredible club ambassadors and supporters, Sharon Dumbleton, handed out these little positive pocket animals to all our volunteers, supporters, staff and players.

Sharon is a huge advocate for mental health and does so much for our club, including her wonderful Talking Bench at St James Park, helping to create a safe space where people can stop, chat and feel less alone.

We’re so grateful for everything Sharon does for our supporters’ club and the wider Exeter City community. ❤️🤍

A little reminder that you never know what someone might be going through, and sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean more than you realise. 🫶🏻
