We working in the 205‼️🔥
Is your current path making you better or worse?
If your drive step is crossing over your body as you approach the ball, it’s going to be really difficult to avoid swinging across your body.
Your drive step is critical—it carries the momentum you’ve created from your jab or our line. If that step is off, everything that follows will be too.
Focus on keeping your drive step straight and under control. Don’t let it cross your frame. Doing this will help you stay more explosive and develop a more consistent, repeatable swing.
