Try this. There are no “subtypes.” Each individual patient is different and can be defined at the molecular level by technology that is now routinely available in many countries.

Biology spans many scales and modalities.
Our new @NatureGenet paper introduces #CORAL🪸, a probabilistic deep generative model that bridges them. Applied to spatial transcriptomics + proteomics, it identified cells linked to immunotherapy resistance in liver cancer.

Excited to share our latest work in @CancerDiscovery!
We show that blood can reveal both cancer neoantigens and the rare T cells that recognize them, without relying on tumor biopsies.
A step toward less invasive, more accessible personalized cancer immunotherapies!

New in @NatureMedicine , and a clever bit of engineering!
TIL therapy can work, but the IL-2 required can be tough on patients. So researchers engineered the cells to carry IL-15 on their surface, which can be controlled with an FDA-approved pill (acetazolamide). No IL-2 needed!
hat had stopped responding to immunotherapy, 10 of 15 patients responded, including 2 complete responses.
Lower-dose chemotherapy to prepare patients, and even the option of a needle biopsy instead of surgery to collect tumor tissue.
Small numbers, early days. But an encouraging step toward making cell therapy more accessible to patients!

#CancerResearch is a long-term bet the American people have chosen to make. Former @NIH and @theNCI Director Dr. Harold Varmus calls it “the high point of American civilization.” For people with cancer, that investment means better prevention, treatment, and survival. #YourNCI

We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math.
It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training.
We call this Weight-Space Programming: fronely read/write neural network weights! 🧵

Community note
LLM was given weights explicitly as text in prompt and used code/forward passes (per authors' logs) to ablate Qwen looping direction, a known thinking-mode issue per model card. Primarily fixed repetition in that mode, not general 'natively' improving weights/math.
