Strengthening political parties starts with building the leadership skills of those who drive them. We have concluded the final regional Training of Trainers session under the Support to Political Parties initiative.
Over two days, participants explored practical leadership, litical mobilisation, digital communication, and strategies to promote the participation of women and young people in politics. The training also emphasised personal accountability, time management, critical thinking, and effective communication as essential leadership skills for strengthening political party structures.
This initiative reflects our continued commitment to strengthening democracy in Nigeria by developing leadership skills and building the capacity of political parties to promote inclusive and effective democratic processes across the country.
