After An amazing visit and talk with @CoachJThompson0 I am blessed to announce my commitment to Conners State to continue my basketball and academic career Go Cowgirls!!🧡 @ok_royallegacy @MissDST1913 @ERLadyIndians @Okbetweenlines

Underrated coaching truth:
The best coaches aren’t obsessed with talent.

They’re obsessed with effort.
With attitude.
With toughness.

That’s what wins when it gets hard.

Congrats @ykjulez!!!!!

Your teammates and coaches are so proud of you! 💙🏀

High school basketball success isn’t about who has the flashiest offense or the tallest center. It’s about:
- Showing up every single day ready to work.
- Playing defense like it’s personal.
- Valuing every possession, every loose ball, and every teammate.

"A champion is someone who gets up when he can't."

- Jack Dempsey

To succeed as an athlete, you need to be coachable. If you don’t listen to your coaches and accept their constructive feedback, instructions, and discipline, you’ll never reach your full potential.
