After two seasons, today is the day I’m leaving @FNATIC with memories that will stay with me forever. 🧡
The first thing that comes to mind are the incredibly talented players and coaches, as well as the people behind the scenes who made every day great and helped shape me into the performance coach I am today.
Thank you for your trust and thank you for your passion.
I’ve had two seasons that couldn’t have been more different, and I’m grateful for every moment.
Thank you to the Fnatic organization for entrusting me with this wonderful role for two years—helping people become the best versions of themselves.
The time for a change feels right to me.
I’m excited to announce that I’ve already found my next home for 2027.
TBC.

For the unforgettable pre-game speeches, endless energy, and helping bring the best out of everyone around you, a huge thank you from all of us at Fnatic, Phil 🧡

I am LFT in any capacity VAL/R6, from coaching to analytics, GM/team manager responsibilities or hybrid roles.
I've clawed my way to the top before and I'm fighting everyday to get myself back, but the care and passion I have for those I work with has gone unwavering.

Hello Twitter,
I have always been respectful to everyone and have never leaked any private organization or management information. However, after seeing false rumors circulating about me—specifically claims that I cannot travel to LAN events—I feel the need to clear my name and reputation.
To be absolutely clear: I can travel without any issues. I want to share the actual reason why the process was delayed this time. I started my first visa process back in April with Joblife. They provided documentation for the French embassy(A French visa, like a German one, allows a person to travel within the Schengen zone.), which was ultimately declined. The official refusal reason stated that: "THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED REGARDING THE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE INTENDED STAY WAS NOT RELIABLE."
When I received the paperwork back, I discovered exactly why the embassy came to this conclusion: the main letter contained the wrong name—specifically, Semen Borchev (purp0). Furthermore, in another document, my name was listed as Burak, who is a coach for Joblife in the LFL. Following the refusal from the French embassy, I decided to take the entire process into my own hands. I prepared all the necessary documents by myself and applied for a German visa. I received it with absolutely no issues, and I even traveled to Berlin at the beginning of September. This situation hit me hard, and my past visa struggles have definitely been frustrating. However, I live and breathe this game, and my absolute love for it is what keeps me happy. I have no intention of blaming anyone; it was simply important for me to speak my truth. Attending a LAN is my ultimate dream, and I will make it happen no matter what. Thank you for your time and attention.

After four years of professional coaching including two years in VCT EMEA and international experience, I'm excited to announce that I've opened my individual coaching on Metafy. I'm doing this alongside my ongoing search for my next main project.
Throughout my career, I've had individually with players of all levels: from beginners and ranked players to Tier 2 and Tier 1 pros, some of the best players in their regions, and even World Champions. I'm looking to use that experience to help other players improve and reach their goals.
Now I'm offering a variety of personal sessions and bundles for anyone looking to improve their game and take their performance to the next level.
I'm also particularly interested in working individually with pros and high-potential young players (including GC) during the off-season, when many are looking to improve and prepare for upcoming trials.
Feel free to DM me. I'm open to private arrangements, including working with selected players on an informal basis.

I wasn't able to help the team. It was a terrible season for me in terms of results, but an incredible one in terms of new connections and experience. Thank you Fnatic for the opportunity. To all the fans: I’m sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations. Please leave any negative comments under this post the guys didn't deserve that, they gave it their all. One more time thank you!
