What does reconciliation mean when the poisoning of Grassy Narrows continues to be made worse every day with government permission? When will our children matter to this government?

Bike lanes look empty because they are highly efficient in terms of vehicular throughput.
Lanes with cars and trucks look like they are doing the heavy lifting in terms of transportation capacity because these vehicles take up remarkable amounts of road space and because they spend so much time sitting, in cities.
This is why, in Toronto at this point, cycling is often the faster mode of transport for trips under 10 km. Bike lane throughput.

People on Bikes are not being mowed down by autonomous vehicles @josh_f @CP24 @CTVToronto!
A driver crashed into an actual

Unbridled capitalism has harmful consequences. Trickle down economic policies don’t work, except for the top earners. A rising tide should lift all boats…

BREAKING: Federal government to announce the forgiveness of GST on rental housing. This will do two things:
1) tip some new housing developments that have been put on ice due to high interest rates back into construction = more supply
2) incentivize some developers to build rental housing, instead of condos...in other words, homes for Canadians instead of units for investors = more homes for Canadians
I'll be on @CP24 later today explaining the tangible implications of this policy for changing housing supply in Canada. It is significant.
This is - potentially - the beginning of a sea change. It is a new approach.

I’ve spent months travelling and engaging with Liberals across Ontario, but that hard work and commitment to grassroots politics is only part of the serious renewal we need.
