Folks, remember this was the same concern people had when BTC was trading at 87k not too long ago and I was calling for a move down to high 70's (where we are now).

I explained in a video why the drop on $BTC was not concerning for $CRV in terms of holding above .29, and as expected, BTC dropped to the target zone and CRV held above .29.

The same applies now.

Could we drop to 74k from here? Sure. Do I think it's the most probable path at this time? No.

Should you avoid a good entry on $CRV with clear invalidation because of a hypothetical that may not come into fruition (and even if it does may not result in CRV breaking it's key .29 level)? Also no.

The reason we have an invalidation level is for EXACTLY this reason. There are many variables at play at any given time, and if you are looking for a reason not to enter an asset when it's at your designated entry level, you will always find one.

Instead- make the plan, follow the plan, and just make sure you know where invalidation is and you keep your risk in check so if the idea DOES get invalidated you are prepared. If you actively avoid designated entries based on hypothetical scenarios that may never come, you would never buy any asset, ever.

And as a reminder- the best buys often occur at the most uncomfortable of times...
@CredibleCrypto @leafygreenguy Cred if we go to 74k on BTC wouldn't CRV drop below 29c?

What's interesting is that both these legs (up and down) are very similar structurally.

Both are corrective, leaving inefficiencies along with built up liquidity behind.

The inefficiency that preceded our move up has now been filled (and the liquidity taken) and we know we ne, so its further confluence for a potential local reversal and move to the other side to take the built up liquidity and inefficiency that we left behind on the way down.

This is 1 of 2 HTF "bottom zones" for me on ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52. If this zone doesn't hold then we are eyeing up the triple tap of our larger range a few cents lower, as covered in my last video update.

@CredibleCrypto random question. When you see this kind of orderly price action (starting after the big red candle to present), what does that tell you, if anything?

it seems pretty irregular to me and gives me the sense that the bottom of this trend is not yet in, since nother big flush (forced selling) rather than gradual selling but curious if you had a framework around this kind of PA.

Still looks pretty damn solid as we sit here on HTF support/demand.

Still think going for the highs at 87k+ makes more sense than going for the lows at 74k.

The triple tap setup has been invalidated and I've been stopped out of some long scalps that I entered about $1,000 higher but we are still at a significant support/demand zone so while I'm not jumping into new longs on $BTC here I am still looking for a potential bottoming setup ential attempt.

If we don't get a clear setup then we simply sit on our hands until we do.

It should go without saying, but some are seemingly struggling with the concept of lower vs higher risk entries.

If you are trading the mid/high timeframes, then .29 is the only clear/clean invalidation level that you should be focused on.

Any entries taken in the lower half of are generally lower risk entries, as they are closer to invalidation, which means you can typically INCREASE position size. You are trading off a lack of "confirmation" for an aggressive entry with a tighter stop-loss which allows for a larger nominal position size. An entry closer to our range lows than our range highs is the IDEAL entry.

Any entries taken in the upper half of our range (red zone) are generally higher risk entries, as they are farther away from invalidation, which means you should typically REDUCE position size. You waited for the reaction off the "ideal entry" before entering yourself, because you wanted to see if the lows would "hold" rather than blindly bidding them. This means you are now entering higher up, further away from invalidation, which means you will generally have to adjust via a smaller nominal position size (assuming we are still using the mid/HTF inval at .29). An entry closer to our range highs is NOT the IDEAL entry, and you MUST adjust for that.

If you choose to ignore the entries in the low .30's despite recognizing that .29 is our key invalidation, and you then decide to jump in at the range highs because you didn't want to follow the plan to bid the low .30's where risk was lowest, you must accept and prepare for the possibility that we reject the range highs (again) and get another correction back into the mid our lower portions of our range.

At some point when we get to the range highs, we won't reject and we will break through- we all agree on that. Which means if you don't properly position yourself at the lows from before we get to the highs, you are now FORCED to make a sub-par entry, with higher risk, or risk missing the ride completely (you can also enter after a breakout, but that doesn't mean that breakout can't fail, putting you back in the same position as entering at the highs).

So, either enter at the "ideal" entries when they come along, or accept you will probably have a harder time to position as we move higher, manage risk accordingly if you are forced to make that decision higher up, and accept responsibility for the outcome (whatever it may be) when it comes.

If you can't do the above, then you shouldn't be trading.

We are currently up ~70% off our range lows on CRV/XRP with another ~30% higher until our first target and another ~200% higher to hit our second (main) target.

So we have a ways to go.

Remember, this chart, the CRV/ETH and CRV/BTC charts are all part of the equation that CRV getting ready for a massive rally to $1+.

Just be patient as we do our thing in this range, and avoid getting shaken out in the chop.

Everything shared in the video below is still 100% relevant and applicable regarding $CRV, so once again, recommend watching if you haven't yet.

$CRV is now squarely in our D3 demand zone, so this should be the bottoming zone UNLESS we are going to go for that triple tap of our BLUE range lows.

In either case, both scenarios are ultimately simply LTF noise for those who are focused on the higher TF, where .29 remains the only key/relevant level at this time.

A lot of people don't understand the concept of "expected value" and it shows.

Oftentimes there will be trade setups that may have a 10, 20, or 30% probability of success while having a 70, 80, or 90% probability of failure, and yet they should still be taken every single time.

If the above phrase doesn't make sense to you, then you need to watch this video: youtu.be/tgsx5tAbl6Q?si…

Unlike $CRV which is still struggling a btt in our range (as per my last post) $CVX has better structure here as previously mentioned.

I would be setting bids in the green zone on the chart if I was looking to scoop up some more before continuation to $8+.

I was wondering how ve move to outperform $CRV in the short term by such a significant margin- maybe the fact that we have a clean impulse here while $CRV is still battling our range is a sign...

$CVX might lead out of the gates as $CRV wraps up in it's accumulation range and then breaks out after to follow.

Just now tapping the key bounce zone on $CRV as covered in my last video update (quoted tweet). If you haven't watched it yet I recommend doing so now.

We can def push deeper into this D3 zone but I like that both $BTC and $CRV are lining up here in terms of reaching areas of .

Time to lock in, again.
