I'm going to be signing off soon, but I'll just say this: My passion for covering the NFL has never wavered. I've gotten to live the dream and the podcast helps escape from everything/anything else.

There's been a lot going on in my life for really what feels like years. It's been one thing after another. The career has been the one thing that always has uplifted me, pulled me through.
But I realize that isn't healthy. I have to take better care of myself as a whole person.

That was the rib. I was speaking to the quad injury. That happened on that Sweat sack most likely. He went down similar to the hit that injured him in opener.
