Bill Maher makes Democrat Governor Andy Beshear go quiet after he complains Trump never does anything positive for Kentucky.
Beshear tried to play the sensible Democrat who reaches across the aisle. Maher exposed the most basic form of diplomacy he doesnāt even try.
BESHEAR: something thatās positive for Kentucky, I need to give voice to that if Iām going to have any legitimacy opposing him when he does something negative for Kentucky. I just really wish heād do something positive for Kentucky.
MAHER: "Well, yeah. But honestly, having a personal relationship, I think, helps."
"Iāll tell you something interesting. This time we were waiting outside the Oval Office... and thereās a table that a lot of places have where they put, like, publications... The one I noticed was not there was the New York Times."
"Now, maybe it was 7 oāclock at night and maybe everyone had already taken one. I think itās just that he does not read it. So you can put all the editorials you want in the New York Times. I just donāt think it matters."
"You know what sentence never came up at the dinner? 'I read an interesting piece in the Atlantic.' ... So you have to go where the person is. This is a people person. 'People are saying.' You got to get in there and be one of the people saying because heās not going to read it in the New York Times."
Itās amazing how many Democrats still fail diplomacy 101: talk to the guy in charge.
They claim to want change and screech to āoppose Trump,ā yet never once attempt to be cordial or bother to pick up the phone to sway his decisions.

York Region Police Sergeant Kin Pong Wong has been arrested for breach of trust and possession with intent to traffic.
Why don't we have his mugshot for the news? Why do we continue to tolerate this double standard in policing? If the media isn't going to keep the police accountable, then we have to. #YorkRegionalPolice are overrun with crime; if they're not lying about Project South, they're hiding the identities of their corrupt, drug-dealing police officers. We need a change in law enforcement.

The DOJ has entered the chat.
BREAKING: The US Department of Justice is reviewing the forceful ejection of fans wearing XX-XY t-shirts at Friday's Portland Thorns game.
"The Justice Department is aware of these reports and will review the matter thoroughly. Where the facts and the law warrant action, the Department will not hesitate to act."
A DOJ spokesperson also told me, "Based on what is known so far, the conduct described appears to raise viewpoint discrimination and First Amendment questions rather than sex discrimination. The Department is reviewing it." x.com/BrandiKruse/stā¦

Ireland put the tweeter on trial, not the groper
I cannot believe the resources the state has mustered to go after a guy for making a tweet.
I'm writing this on the lunch break of Kirk Loco's trial in Bray, County Wicklow, about an hour south of Dublin. Kirk is being prosecuted ng women about migrant men harassing girls on a public bus. The tweet was true. And the man he warned about was in the courtroom today as the prosecution's main witness.
I can't identify him. He's a refugee claimant, and the lawyers and police warned me not to say anything that could reveal who he is. I'll say only that he needed an Arabic translator.
He testified he did nothing wrong, that he was just looking for a place to plug in his phone. Then he said his phone fell on the floor, which is why he got up and sat down next to the teenage girls. He never explained why he moved from the seat in front of them to the seat beside them, blocking the aisle.
According to the girl, he groped her, his belt was undone and his pants were so low his pubic hair was visible. She was so frightened she fled downstairs on the double-decker bus.
How do we know all this? There were about 10 CCTV cameras on that bus. They show him moving back and forth around the girl. They show that when the bus stopped and it was clear he was in trouble, he went to the back and played possum. Thirty-eight seconds from chatting to another passenger to out cold.
The driver testified he was obviously faking. Asked about that, he told the court: āI'm known as a very quick sleeper.ā
I've been to 100 trials in my life, maybe more, and I don't think I've ever seen a shiftier witness. He took two or three positions on every question and switched mid-answer. I don't think the judge was buying it either.
Laoise de BrĆŗn, the barrister we're crowdfunding for Kirk, sliced and diced him on cross-examination. It was like shooting fish in a barrel.
Then a senior Garda took the stand and talked about the refugee accommodation at Newtownmountkennedy. He described the migrant men there as āvulnerable.ā
Irish teenage girls are allegedly being harassed, and the men are the vulnerable ones?
He also described an incident where men from that centre were filming young girls at a sporting event. His response was to have them delete the videos ā he deleted the evidence.
There's a term in psychology, DARVO: deny, attack, reverse victim and offender. That's what I watched today. The whole system is upside down. The hero of this story, according to the prosecution, is a man who admitted touching this girl and having his pants down. The villain is the man who warned the neighbourhood.
This is Kirk's 10th court appearance. He faces possible jail. The trial is only half over, and I'll have more from inside the courtroom.
If you want to help pay for Kirk's lawyers, and for Hugh Fagan, who goes on trial Tuesday, please go to IrishFreeSpeech.com.
I don't think I'm easily shocked. I've seen too much. But I have never seen anything like this. Ireland needs help.

Bill Maher admits Trump is a remarkable listener who never interrupts and values every opinion in the room.
MAHER: "Remember, we were going to have a live execution of the Fort Hood shooter? Somebody talked to him. He DOES LISTEN when heās in that White House. He never ts mad. He listens."
LEAVIT: "He does. And he surveys the room. Something that I find admirable about him is heāll look around the room, and heāll ask the opinions of everyone in it, whether itās a low-level staffer or his chief of staff."
MAHER: "True."
LEAVITT: āHe genuinely wants to know how people feel, what they think. He takes their counsel and advice, and then I think he makes the best decision that he believes is best for the country in that moment.ā

The trannies can have their flags and wave them in your face, but you can't wear a shirt highlighting biological reality because it could offend them.

I was just forcefully removed from a @ThornsFC game for the crime of wearing an @xx_xyathletics t-shirt. I am in shock. We peacefully wore our shirts. We were assaulted by fans. Then WE were forced to leave ā with FORCE by stadium security. I am utterly in shock.
