I know that defending kinky pornography isn't exactly something most people want to do publicly, but we should all be pretty terrified of this, honestly.

Did you know that on the 6th of November 2026 the UK Government is banning the publication and possession of pornography depicting breath play, age-play, and incest?
The maximum sentence for publication offences is five years imprisonment.
This will affect publishers and consumers globally.
The offences are, in simple terms:
1. Strangulation or suffocation.
(2 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
2. Penetrative sexual activity between people pretending to be related.
(2 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
3. Sexual activity between two people where (a reasonable person would think) at least one person is, or is pretending to be, under sixteen.
(3 years for possession, 5 years for publication)

It's good that her channel was reinstated, but it's another freightening reminder of why we all hate YouTube's flippant automated guidelines systems. They can nuke you at any moment with 0 clear explanation, + smaller channels fight an uphill battle getting heard and reinstated.

No strike. No warning. No nothing.
I haven't had a single issue on the channel since April of 2020 where I reviewed a Nutaku game. And 6 years later, they just wipe it. I don't even get a link or what offended YouTube so badly? I don't even get a real appeal by a human? Instead I get a nice "get fucked" email?
I'm just... I. Listen, I was a Lewdtuber before it had a name. And despite my passions, I tried to play it safe, to not "overly offend." And make a little box for myself that felt acceptable enough for mainstream. But it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter if you censor things. Or use incredibly stupid/damaging code words to infantalize ourselves, and cosplay as effective communicators. It doesn't matter.
What matters is, if you're an Adult Content Creator (or any variation of Sex Worker), you're always wrong. They don't need proof to justify erasing us.
It's a bigoted & cruel mentality. And I wish they felt shame.
