You know what holds a lot of athletes back? Worrying too much about what everyone else is getting.
One thing I learned over 20 years of coaching:
The players who improved the most weren’t always the most talented.
They were the ones who stopped worrying about what they weren’t getting and started making the most of what they had.
Tom Brady nails it here.
Control your attitude. Bring energy. Be prepared.
The moment you stop pointing fingers and start looking in the mirror is the moment you start getting better.

Just remember everyone! The Saints might be the hot team at the moment, but if the Raiders win on Sunday, it’ll be “oh wow they beat the 1-2 rebuilding Saints who’s one win came against an injured Ravens team”

This is what we needed a legitimate true leader to bring back raider nation to its legitimacy. We all know Kirk ain’t gonna be here long, but honestly, could you ever ask for a better guy to help mould our number one superstar quarterback, Fernando Mendoza into his NFL career? x.com/Raiders/status…

Kon Knueppel on playing off two feet:
“It evens out the athleticism…I’m not super athletic, so being able to play off two feet..now they have to be ready for a shot fake or a pivot. It kind of evens the playing field.”
