Foot connectivity is huge for power generation.
With this 2 move progression, we focus on integrating the Toe-to-Arch connection as the athlete drives his foot through the ground.
Organize ➡️ Connect ➡️ Load ➡️ Explode

After many conversations with my family and coaches, I am thrilled to announce that I will be continuing my football career at SMU! From the very first interaction with the Coaches they made me a priority. The culture, the family they’ve built, and the opportunity to make an on made SMU the perfect fit for me. Grateful to every School and Coach that recruited me. God is so good! Dallas, I’m on my way! 🐎🆙 #GoMustangs!

Jordyn Tyson's rare hip & ankle mobility allows him to get open against any coverage
Early in my career as an evaluator, I had this legendary lacrosse coach convince me to examine shin angles if I really wanted to know how athletic a guy is. He argued that change of direction, balance, and body control would show up in guys who could get to 30 degrees... I was couldn't agree more after it continues to show up. Anybody else ever heard of this metric?

Tom Brady explains his mental edge and why practice (not gameday) creates separation.
"There was a part of me that was a psychopath out there. I was extremely hypercompetitive every day. I didn't feel like let's get to Sunday and now it's the time...Every day is the time to practice."
Every day your standards are either reinforced or lowered by how you treat practice.
You don’t flip a switch into excellence. You rehearse it daily.

Sophomore 2028 TE/DE Caden Palmquest (@CadenPalmquest) was a monster for Valley Christian @vctrojans this season. Earning 1st Team honors at both TE & DE.
At 6'3" 235 he did it all for us, from any position.
Great player. Great person. Needs to be on every recruiting watchlist
