MIDSEASON MVPs 🏈

River Ridge Royal Knights

Offensive MVP — RB Antony Doston

Doston has been the workhorse for the River Ridge offense halfway through the season. The senior has turned 84 carries into 498 yards and 4 touchdowns, averaging 5.9 yards per carry and 99.6 yards per game. He’s already eclipsed 100 yards twice and has accounted for more than half of River Ridge’s rushing production through five games.

Defensive MVP — LB Jackson McCaffrey

McCaffrey has been everywhere for the Royal Knights defense. The senior leads River Ridge with 51 tackles and has consistently lived in opposing backfields with 9 tackles for loss and 4 sacks. He’s also forced 3 fumbles and grabbed an interception, giving him an impact beyond just making tackles. Through five games, McCaffrey is averaging 10.2 tackles per game and has been one of the most productive pieces of the River Ridge defense.

One of many. The future is bright!

𝗡𝗘𝗪: Something feels different around @KnightsRRHS entering 2026.

With more depth, key returners and several additions, the Royal Knights believe this could be the year everything comes together. 👀

I couldn't have been more proud of the buy-in from the players!

A few clips from the Cypress Creek shoot out tournament went 6-0.

I trained thousands of athletes every single day for over a decade

I watched what actually separated the average ones from the truly elite…

These are the 12 things the most successful ones always did

No fads. Just habits that moved the needle

Some of the best athletes lift heavy, lift the right way & have success. Do you?

The weight room is about RESPECT. If you miss workouts, or are late, you disrespect your coaches and teammates, and the importance of training. And you are a distraction to those doing things right.

The weight room is the most influential room in a school.
It’s not a place to hang out — it’s a classroom.
A place where habits are built, standards are set, and character is developed.
