Judge Sweeney just issued a clarification on the Wisne v. NCAA eligibility injunction.
The ruling still stands for class of 2022 athletes, but it does NOT apply to players who signed pro contracts, does not override transfer portal windows, and does not impact House Settlement roster limits or revenue sharing caps.
The NCAA is already appealing to the 10th Circuit on an expedited basis.
