Back home.

Grateful for the opportunity to return to a place that means so much to me and my family. Proud to represent this team, this school, and this community every single day.

No place I’d rather be.

Let’s get to work. #WeAreLuHi

Every young coach should listen to this clip.

The grind is the grind. There are no shortcuts. Break down the film. Coach the little things. Ask questions, take feedback, and come back better the next day.

A lot of the work that makes you a better coach happens when nobody’s

Installation Thought Process: 💭🤔
-Should we run this concept/play?
1.) Does it fit our personnel?
2.) Is it sound?
3.) Can our coaches teach it?
4.) Can our players learn/execute it?
5.) Is it easily adaptable/correctable?

Thank you to the @2026BONECAMP staff for an incredible camp. Grateful for the opportunity to compete alongside talented athletes and connect with the coaches.

Had a great time yesterday at the @FORDHAMFOOTBALL Joe Conlin Camp! PR'd my 40 with times of 4.69 and 4.71. Competed against some of the top talent in attendance and had a strong day winning reps and showcasing my athleticism, speed, and versatility at linebacker. Thank you to invite and @Coach_Conlin for a great camp. Also appreciate the conversations with coaches from Maine, Marist, Hampton, Pace, LIU, and New Haven. Looking forward to building on today's performance and continuing to earn opportunities. #AGTG #ClassOf2027 #Linebacker #Recruiting #Football

Never assume.

Teach.

Kent State HC Mark Carney on one of the most important lessons in coaching.

- Start from scratch
- Don't assume players know it
- Be intentional in how you teach it

At the end of the day, coaches are educators.

The better you communicate, the better your players can perform.
