In 2020, I created a professional development calendar for my coaching staff built around one mission: Teach the Teachers!
We organized college coaching Zoom sessions, staff visits, ing, scheme development, situational football, and program culture.
The goal was simple: Invest in our coaches so they could invest in our players.
As educators and coaches, we must remain students of our profession. The game evolves, teaching methods change, and our players deserve coaches who are committed to learning.
You cannot expect your players to grow if you are unwilling to grow yourself.
Better Teachers. Better Coaches. Better Players.
