💪 HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE ILLINOIS #FAMILY DAY!

What a great day in Illinois bringing coaches together for a day of learning, sharing ideas, building relationships, and growing our profession!

Events like these are what the NHSSCA #FAMILY is all about. Coaches connecting with experiences, learning from one another, and finding new ways to better serve the athletes and programs they lead.

A big thank you to everyone who attended, presented, and helped make the day such a success. We appreciate the coaches who continue to invest in themselves and in the strength and conditioning community!

🤝 One profession. One community. One #FAMILY.

You shouldn't have to coach alone!
