Much needed!!! This is….. or shall I say was my problem!!! I’m rebuking it from here on out!!
💭 THOUGHT OF THE DAY: CONTROL YOUR RESPONSE
You can’t control every situation, but you can control how you respond. Life will bring setbacks, disappointments, and unexpected challenges. What separates you from the crowd isn’t the mistakes you make, it’s the mindset you maintain when things don’t go your way.
Don’t let frustration dictate your future. Stay composed, learn the lesson, adjust your approach, and keep moving forward.
Your reaction reveals your character. Your resilience defines your comeback. Your mindset determines how far you go.
🙏🏾 Remember: You may not control what happens to you, but you always have a choice in how you respond.

Make Stokes defend Okot…. Then everyone else is BBQ 🍗 vs AR5… if she stays on AR5 then Okot will go for 20, and AR5 will have 10 assists. @AtlantaDream

EXCUSES!!!! Stop it!!!! Want to be patted on the back and praised after a win saying look what I did, but when they lose, they get quiet and have so many excuses and blame everyone and everything except their coaching. Not a good look at all.

The UIL approved a mandated 35-second shot clock for basketball starting in 2028-29 school year for 6A and 5A, with other classes to adopt it in following years. 6A and 5A schools would have the option to use it in the 2027-28 school year.
