I want to change what AI art means.
A first look at my next short film, The Sirens.

This was one of my early AI experiments. It started with two voices and one image, no character references. The faces degrade over the video, but I liked how it deals with a delirious cyborg mind. The aesthetic tries to convey this chimeric figure and the angelic.
The story is drome,” where in extreme situations, mountaineers, polar explorers, shipwreck survivors, and others near exhaustion or death sometimes sense an unseen person accompanying them. Sometimes the presence seems to guide, comfort, or encourage them to survive.

I wish there was a communal AI film where a scene was made by a different person, different style.

AI is an amplifier
it democratizes the ability to create, not the vision behind it
giving everyone the same tools doesn’t give everyone the same imagination, taste, or ability to recognize what’s worth creating
AI is making that distinction more obvious than ever

AI is widening the creative gap. Creative people are exploding, while others cannot generate interesting ideas even with the best tools, which must be frustrating.

Modern education isn't about information, that's fixed. It's about experience and framing. Tools exist, but the reason, manner, and philosophy behind their use changes everything, which can only be learnt with a mentor.

My video was inspired by Christina’s World (1948) by Andrew Wyeth.
Christina couldn’t walk and refused a wheelchair, pulling herself across the ground with her arms. Wyeth painted her determination to live on her own terms.

I love this feature!
I don't think you can make voices more natural with AI than these right now. The grunts, the breathlessness, the strain in her voice as she drags herself forward...

Use Seedance or MiniMax as your storyboard creator.
Once you have your dialogues and basic hero, environment, shots, and characters, put them in the references and make all shots one per second. Seedance will plan out the shots for later references. Stage your entire 5-minute video.
Then separate the video into frames. Use those frames as camera angle references so you never have spatial problems.

I decided to put to the test @ElevenLabs 's new Recast feature. Not just body motion but I wanted to see if it could retain a character's sense of self within several cuts and here's the result...
