I’ve been moving my long-term bags off exchanges for a while now.
Not because I got scared of one headline. Because I got tired of the low-level anxiety of knowing my money lived on someone else’s server
Last night was quiet. I didn’t check any exchange withdrawal page. My stack , and I slept like normal 🎃🎃👇🏾

My setup is simple on purpose.
Tangem card in a safe place, no seed phrase sitting in a notes app or drawer somewhere, tap the card to move funds when I need to. That’s it.
I switched because the usual hardware wallet experience felt like homework. This one doesn’t. Friends I’ve shown it to get it in minutes, not hours

The real difference isn’t technical. It’s practical.
On an exchange, you’re trusting their people, their processes, and their systems to stay online and honest with your keys
If something happens on their side, your access waits on their timeline
With the card, the keys never leave it. I can hold, send, or ignore the market and nothing changes about who controls the funds, that’s what excites me, no ghosts at night 🎃👻👻
