STALINESQUE: JANUARY 6TH PROSECUTIONS

"The Biden administration’s handling of January 6th prosecutions—the mass arrests, the aggressive charging, the selective presentation of evidence, the political framing—represents, to me, a profound corruption of justice. Stalinesque. Not d was innocent, but because the process was bent toward a predetermined outcome rather than toward truth."

"I was an inadvertent expert on January 6th now. I’ve seen more footage than most journalists who covered it. I’ve sat through a trial where the evidence was presented in full. I’ve watched the narrative machine work, seen how it constructs stories from fragments while discarding inconvenient context."

"And I’m certain—as certain as I can be about anything—that January 6th was not primarily a violent insurrection. It was a protest that included violent elements, mismanaged by authorities in ways that created chaos, and then prosecuted with a political agenda that prioritized narrative over nuance."

"Most people there that day did nothing violent. Most entered through open doors or were pushed by crowds they couldn’t escape. Most took selfies and left. And most were never charged."

"But hundreds were. And in case after case after case, the pattern repeats: selective evidence, stripped context, photographs without video, aggressive prosecution, pressure to plead." — @ChipActual
THE DEMOCRAT NARRATIVE ABOUT JANUARY 6TH VS. REALITY

"The narrative that was constructed about January 6th—and about individual participants like Todd—was often disconnected from what actually happened. Evidence was selectively presented. Context was removed. Photographs were mentally misrepresented the events they depicted. People were treated unfairly, deprived of due process, and railroaded to prison. They are literal political prisoners."

"And this wasn’t just sloppy law enforcement, prosecution, and journalism. It was systematic. Authoritarian. Tyrannical."

***

"What happened on January 6th wasn’t a question of misinformation versus facts. It was a question of which facts were allowed to be discussed, which context was considered acceptable, which videos could be shared."

"The government-media complex—and I use that term deliberately—had constructed a narrative. And for a time, that narrative was essentially unchallengeable in mainstream spaces. If you questioned it, you were labeled an insurrection apologist, a conspiracy theorist, someone undermining democracy itself."

"But I sat in that courtroom. I watched the videos. I saw the disconnect between what had been reported and what the evidence actually showed."

"And I’m certain I’m not the only one. How many other cases involved similar discrepancies? How many other defendants had evidence that contradicted the government’s narrative but lacked the resources to fight? How many took plea deals to avoid the risk of decades in prison, even though the charges were overblown or based on selectively presented evidence?"

A neighbor asked my son what he did on our long weekend in the mountains. He said: “Kayaking, hiking up a mountain, shooting, I made a stained glass owl, and tried out a harp and a guitar.”

What a homeschooling answer. :)

@___theKing___ of a mixed economy is that grifters and looters concentrate in centers of capital. Like bums, they beg and steal where there is money.

This fills cities—centers of capital—with parasites of various forms: welfare recipients, illegals, corrupt politicians, criminals, etc.

Democrats are the party of such looting and destruction. I’m not saying it’s all of them, but mostly it is. They are organized to exploit capital centers and enrich themselves.

It’s a bitch, to say the least, for people who produce, since being near a center of capital is advantageous. That’s why suburbs are so common, of course.

The world is made of producers and looters. Democrats are the looters.

I’m 100% in agreement with this analysis.

The Democrat Party wants to destroy America - the socialists control the party, and they say it out loud.

I’m not Republican. I am anti-Democrat because I am pro-America.

Ignorantly voting Democrat, thinking it is moderates running, is reckless and irresponsible.
KEY ISSUES IN THE 2026 U.S. MIDTERM ELECTIONS

"There are two ways of looking at the midterms, now less than three weeks away."

"One is as a simple referendum on the issues and politicians of the day. The other involves a far deeper conflict of visions (as Thomas Sowell puts apitalism, intrusive versus limited government, and the destruction of time-honored institutions and traditions versus their preservation and renewal."

"Rarely in American history have the two parties been so far apart or the choice between them so stark. In brief, Islamist-sympathizing socialism is on the ballot against free-market capitalism and American exceptionalism." — @VDHanson

ISSUES:

Hanson's analysis of some of the issues involved, ranging from the war with Iran to lawfare makes it required reading.

LAWFARE: Democrats plan to devote the next two years to impeaching, investigating, and hounding Trump, his administration, and his family in order to block Republican legislation and paralyze the rest of his presidency.

THE IRAN WAR: The Left treats the low-cost U.S. campaign that has degraded Iran’s nuclear, military, and economic infrastructure as a lost war and would withdraw leaving them free to threaten the Gulf states, Israel, with its terrorist proxies.

ENERGY: Democrats have repeatedly blocked oil and gas leases and pipelines while subsidizing costly solar and wind power and have vowed to phase out natural gas, diesel, and gasoline production as quickly as possible, following the path that has damaged the British and German economies.

IMMIGRATION: The Left seeks to dismantle border enforcement and the wall so that illegal entries return to Biden-era levels of 10,000-plus per day, because it will not shift to fully legal, merit-based immigration that would cut off a supply of future constituents.

FRAUD: Aggregate federal-program fraud approaches $500 billion a year, with widespread welfare and social-services fraud concentrated in high-benefit blue states where it receives little scrutiny because it helps attract voters.

DEI: The contemporary Left treats race, gender, and sexual preference as essential to identity, so a return to power would nullify legal bans on racial preferences, restore race-based admissions and hiring, and revive demands for reparations against those who never practiced slavery.

ISLAMISM: Only a quarter-century after 9/11, the Democratic Party has adopted a philo-Islamist view that treats theocratic Islamism as a legitimate alternative to democratic Israel and Western values, equating Iran with Israel and portraying Hamas as an innocent victim, an alliance whose results are already visible in a burning Paris and earlier in the fall of the Shah.

Trump's version of economy is a "hybrid", as free market policies are applied to only some areas of the economy —notably energy, but still, Trump's version is far superior to that of the anti-capitalist Democrats.

The people Democrats ignore—the victims of their policies.
❤️ WOW! President Trump just brought angel mom of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray — slain by an illegal alien — on stage and she said this

"If you haven't voted yet, GO OUT AND VOTE...it really DOES make a difference." 🙏🏻

"I'd like to thank President Trump for KEEPING my daughter alive...proving her death was not just a number."

"Most importantly, above all, I would like to thank our Lord Almighty Jesus Christ for giving me the strength to stand up here and share her story and share her name."

She is spot-on, remember that our votes can SAVE LIVES. Imagine how many American lives were saved because the border is closed now under Trump?

And she knows it.

THIS MUST NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN TO AN AMERICAN FAMILY.

God bless Alexis Nungaray, and may Jocelyn never be forgotten! 🙏🏻

Obama’s crack that Saddam had opened a Cheesecake Factory tells you more about Obama’s taste than about Trump’s. He looked at a European palace tradition three centuries old - gold leaf, crystal, mirrors, power put deliberately on display - and the nearest reference he could find was a chain restaurant at the mall, with a dictator thrown in. A joke can only reach as high as the joker’s frame of reference, and this one topped out at the food court.

Trump’s style has a pedigree. It is Versailles: Louis XIV’s Baroque, carried forward by America’s Gilded Age. The Mar-a-Lago ballroom was modeled on the Hall of Mirrors and finished in millions of dollars of gold leaf. The same gilded maximalism of appliqués, frames, cherubs, and crystal runs from Trump Tower to the Oval Office. In that vocabulary, gold means what it meant to the French court and to the Vanderbilts’ architects: success, strength, the capacity to command. Call it unsubtle if you like. Subtlety was never the point. The style has held for centuries, and every bit of it is deliberate.

Like that style or not, that's what it is.

The USA needs to arrest Lula like Maduro was, and liberate the Brazilians like we did Venezuela. We need to end this socialist dictatorship nonsense in the Americas.
🚨 JUST IN: FLAVIO BOLSONARO is FLYING TO FLORIDA — CNN

You're SAFE HERE, FLAVIO! ☀️

Flavio is evading political persecution from the Lula regime in Donald J. Trump's America after the election was stolen.

Brazil is OFFICIALLY a socialist dictatorship.

I don't think most Americans realize how much Europe has gone to shit. It is incumbent among responsible Americans to reflect on this, and make sure we don't stumble down the same path of incompetence and self-destruction.

We have turned a corner in the USA - we have a path for a generation of flourishing. Or we can squander it like Europe.

Socialism or freedom.
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon warns Europe is falling dangerously behind America economically… and blames anti-business, anti-investment, and anti-innovation policies. 🇺🇸🇪🇺

“If you don’t believe me, go to Europe, folks. Europe used to have a GDP per person of 90% of America’s. It’s y to 50%.

That will jeopardize the health of Europe itself over time.

And it’s all anti-business, anti-investment, anti-innovation. They kind of know it.

If they don’t fix it—and we should help them fix it, because Europe matters—it’s really bad for the Western world, too.

We should do it wisely.”

Europe shift over the past three decades has proven decimating for their economy. Aging population forces mass immigration in order to maintain adequate growth. Crazy regulation and bureaucracy slows innovation and investment… forcing the economy further down. At the same time, the United States has pulled ahead exponentially and will continue to do so. Europe is struggling.

I’m not saying all Democrats are demonic destroyers. But they vote for it.
I hate to be this cynical, but I’ll be honest…running for Mayor exposes you to things that make you believe the city is actually being overtaken by demonic energy. Drive south Fig at night. Go to 6th and San Pedro. You see children openly prostituting, drug zombies setting dogs and cats on fire, babies born to crackheads and tossed in a dumpster, dead people just lying in the streets…that’s not even to mention the dozen neighbors of ours who burned alive in what is now a crumbled hellscape.

Many times I wondered if the city’s problems weren’t beyond the reach of any politician’s capacity to actually fix. There is a cultural and spiritual rot that can’t be fixed at the ballot box. Until we fix the culture, we are kinda just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and the shit we shovel around every 4 years doesn’t really mean a thing.

Visit my local Cheesecake Factory on a Sunday afternoon and you’ll see parties of black families in their church clothes. Most are multigenerational.

They likely see it as an upscale experience. It isn’t cheap.

That shows families instilling values, enjoying each other’s company, and supporting one another.

The kids there aren’t the likely gang-bangers, dealers, and criminals wrecking so many black communities.

Obama mocked the restaurant as beneath him and his audience.

He has contempt for working-class Americans, including black people.

EA cultists at Anthropic train their frontier models to simulate their own moral sentiments, then act surprised when their chatbot behaves like humans with ethical concerns, attribute it to consciousness, and alarmingly declare it too powerful and dangerous for a free market to control.

The primary reason we moved from NJ to NC was to be political refugees. We decided we shall never live in a blue state again. Democrats are communist tyrants.

It was disheartening to vote today and see all the local judgeships and county offices had no Republican candidates. The Democrat runs unopposed!

NC has three big problems: Raleigh, Asheville, and Charlotte. We are on the edge of Mecklenburg County, which is where Charlotte is. Definitely not safe here.

Culturally, NC is red. Much more than votes reveal. The proof is in the gun laws. Democrats here have failed to violate the Second Amendment like blue states have done.

Democrats hate America. The receipts.
Democrats have built an entire party of people taught to hate this country and to teach others to hate it too. Gallup's numbers prove it: 46 to 6 on patriotism.

Once again, the responses prove that Democrats are hateful and offensive people. Every. Single. Time.

That’s why no one wants to be near you. That’s why people move away from Blue to Red areas.

One of the problems that blue cities are going to face as the DSA takes over is that their new mayors are going to be unimaginably dumb people who literally have no idea how things work or function

Not a great sign for the future of LA!
Holy shit...this clip is unreal. Nithya Raman has absolutely NO clue about how housing works in LA. Oppenheim explains to her that landlords are losing money over the last decade and she's got ZERO idea what he's saying. This lady was chair of the Homelessness and Housing Committee for years and she's genuinely hearing this for the first time in her life. Unreal that this low IQ buffoon is about to be the Mayor. WTF are we doing. x.com/TheICHpodcast/…

I was a road warrior for much of my career. Lots of late night dinners at the bar of a restaurant.

Kamala is the pathetic spent woman on her sixth vodka and tonic who rambles to anyone who will listen. Often it’s the unfortunate bartender.

Anyone who voted for that mess is not a serious person.
Kamala attempts to articulate the value of talking to children.

It doesn't go well:

"I mean, if you have the chance in whatever your, you know, your circle of life to just, you know, talk to like an eight year old, that's one of the best things, you know, someone who just has n't been, you know, they haven't they they have the twinkle. They believe in, in all. And they're curious and - Oh, that gives me joy just because, you know, there is something I think about, looking at children to remind us of our natural nature, who we actually it is our nature, our - There is something about that."

This was said at a 'reproductive rights' event. The irony here is next level.

She somehow keeps managing to get worse at this.
