Understanding GTM Engineering.
Go-To-Market (GTM) is the strategy a company uses to take a product from an idea to the right customers and turn that into revenue.
It answers four important questions:
* Who needs this product?
* Why would they use it?
* How will we reach rn their interest into paying customers?
The GTM journey
🔸Idea
Identify a problem and develop a product that solves it.
🔸Market
Define the target audience, positioning, pricing and distribution channels.
🔸Customers
Attract the right people, help them experience the product's value and encourage continued use.
🔸Revenue
Convert customer value into income through subscriptions, transactions, fees or other business models.
A practical example 👇
Imagine a Web3 platform that helps users trade digital assets.
Your GTM strategy might look like this:
Stage - What you do
🔸Idea - Build a platform that makes trading easier.
🔸Market - Target beginner traders who find existing platforms complicated.
🔸Customers - Use educational content, community partnerships and product demos to attract users.
🔸Revenue - Earn through trading fees or other sustainable revenue streams.
The important point: building a product doesn't guarantee that people will use it.
GTM connects the product to a real need, the right audience and a sustainable business model.
Where does GTM Engineering come in?
Traditional GTM often relies on people manually researching prospects, creating campaigns, sending messages and tracking results.
GTM Engineering is applying technology, automation, data and AI to make these activities more efficient, measurable and repeatable.
For example, a GTM engineer could build a system that:
🔸Finds potential customers who match a product's target audience.
🔸Enriches their profiles with relevant information.
🔸Segments them based on their needs or behaviour.
🔸Personalizes outreach messages.
🔸Tracks responses and identifies which campaigns convert.
🔸Uses the results to improve the next campaign.
The goal isn't simply to automate more tasks.
It's to build a repeatable system for finding, acquiring and retaining customers.

As it is known that @solflare is a popular wallet for the Solana blockchain, a digital key to access and manage your crypto assets with the best security on @solana blockchain.
It is well also known as it serves as your gateway to Solana’s DeFi) platforms, such as Jupiter, Drift and Raydium, which are places where you can trade, swap, or earn rewards with your crypto without middlemen like banks.

Yes,
Here is where your founder's personal brand stands, too.
Build the product.
Tell the story.
Earn the attention.
Turn that attention into opportunities.

I think a lot of founders should focus first on distribution hacks before trying to raise , once you can hack distribution , money would flow to you naturally , take for example the Lagos life games.
We live in an attention driven economy , influencer marketing is dead unfortunately , you as the founder have to be the one influencing your product , we are entering into an era of Influencer/founder style leadership.
All founders have to become influencers in some way .

You think your niche is too crowded?
Meanwhile
100 people start.

20 quit early.
10 chase another trend.
7 give up after setbacks.
That leaves 3 people and an audience of millions.
Win by showing up consistently and developing your own style.

Congratulations to SuperteamNG member @timmyisagod and the entire @evolutionapp_ team on this exciting milestone! 🥳
It’s always exciting to see founders from our ecosystem build products, attract strategic interest, and take the next big step in their journey.
A great milestone for the team and another win for the Nigerian Solana ecosystem 💪🏿

Excited to share that Evolution has joined Nuvion @ournuvion 🚀
When we started Evolution, we had a simple vision: make moving money across borders easier and more accessible for individuals and businesses, enabling them to go Global from wherever they were.
We believed that ial services shouldn’t be complicated simply because of where you live or where your business operates.
What started as a platform for exchanging digital assets grew into something much bigger. We built infrastructure that enabled people and businesses to hold multiple currencies, receive international payments, move money across borders, and access financial tools that were previously out of reach.
Along the way, we served thousands of users, processed millions of dollars in transactions, and learned firsthand what it takes to build financial infrastructure in emerging markets.
But more importantly, we saw just how much work remains to be done.
As we continued building, one thing became increasingly clear: solving cross-border banking challenges at scale requires more than a great product. It requires strong financial infrastructure, regulatory reach, and the ability to serve businesses wherever they operate.
That’s what makes this next chapter with Nuvion particularly exciting.
Nuvion is building an AI Powered Global banking platform for ambitious businesses, bringing multicurrency accounts, international payments, FX, virtual cards, and stablecoin infrastructure together in one place.
Our visions have always been closely aligned, and joining forces gives us the opportunity to pursue what we started at Evolution on a much larger scale.
For me, this is an opportunity to take everything we’ve learned building Evolution and apply it to something with the infrastructure, reach, and ambition to serve businesses around the world.
I’m especially excited that members of the Evolution team are continuing this journey with me at Nuvion. We’ve spent years building, solving difficult problems, and learning together. Now we get to bring that experience into a much bigger mission.
To everyone who believed in Evolution, our early customers, investors, partners, community, and the incredible people who contributed to our journey: thank you.
You trusted us when we were still figuring things out, challenged us to build better, and helped turn an idea into a real business.
I’m incredibly proud of what we built, and even more excited about what comes next.
Evolution was never just about building another fintech company. It was about making global banking accessible for the people and businesses who need it.
That mission continues at Nuvion.
The Job is just starting

I put my whole Claude Code course for GTM engineers on here, all 2 hours and 50 minutes of it, and you'll build the whole system with me from setup to a live campaign
We start by getting Claude Code running with Cursor and GitHub in about 15 minutes, then split your skills and rojects so you've got a context layer that compounds with every campaign
From there you build your first skill live off the Fireflies API docs and watch three agents work at the same time
Then we connect the tools you already use, like Apify and Clay, and build a signal system on Trigger.dev that finds buyers before they start searching
The last stretch walks through the 11-step campaign machine that goes from signal to research to brief to copy, then ships it so it runs without you

Just because you don’t see progress.
In a few years, many people who look like overnight successes will turn out to have spent years building quietly.

One thing I’ve noticed about the Web3 ecosystem is how quickly people get excited about opportunities to contribute to promising projects.
Everyone is focused on building and shipping.
But before you agree to contribute to a Web3 project, clarify these 6 things. ⚖️

A company doesn't just need people who can build a product.
It needs people who can figure out how to get that product to the right customers, turn interest into adoption, and keep those customers coming back.
