Our October Employee Spotlight is Kelsey Coonce!
Kelsey has over 20 years of experience working with credit unions and passionate about the motto: people helping people. She said when earning her CUDE (Certified Credit Union Development Educator) designation, it deepened her is industry is so unique in how credit unions show up for their communities.
Her favorite part of working with CU1 is hearing a story about how we helped a member get through a tough spot or reach a goal they did not think was possible.

Barb is a passionate and dedicated advocate for her community of Rantoul. She is actively involved with several organizations such as the Rantoul Area Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln’s ChalleNGe rch. Through her involvement, she helps those in her community learn more about financial literacy and how to navigate financial decisions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
We are lucky to have Barb representing CU1!
