This month, more than 200 @Microsoft employees helped bring @codeorg #HourofAI to more than 5,000 students in Washington state. Students gained hands-on experience that changed them from passive consumers of AI to confident creators.

When I meet with world leaders, they often ask what more they can do to accelerate AI adoption in their countries. My answer for 2026 is simple: invest in AI skilling.

One great example is introducing students to basic AI concepts right in the classroom. Here in the Puget ons Officer Trevor Noah joined hundreds of @Microsoft employees in December to lead an Hour of AI. Together, they helped thousands of students take early steps into coding and AI, building the digital skills the next generation of students will need to thrive. @codeorg @CSforALL
