Such a great day spent at Lake Erie! Thank you for everything Coach Lopez and Coach Trey!
@lakeeriewbb

That being said, hope this is the launch point for the rest of the @ChagrinAD team. Nice showings from Amelia Ingold (17th; 23:08.0), Clara Thrush (22nd; 23:37.7) and Molly Quigg (23rd; 23:42.2). They have a lot of youth that needs learning points #NHXC

We start the girls Sunday Cooldown with a huge shock to literally nobody, it’s a win for Gabby Byrne at Ashland for @ChagrinAD. She posted a 19:52.0 and remains the lone area girls runner to be sub 20 this year #NHXC

Congrats Girls XC who finished 2nd and Gabby Byrne who finished 1st at Ashland finishtiming.trackscoreboard.com/meets/20275618…

How BAD is the smoke over Northern Ohio? Its the worst air quality we've seen since... Air Quality Index numbers (PM2.5) have been kept since 1998. And today's number blows away the previous record for WORST AIR QUALITY in Cleveland from June of 2023. #smoke #ohio

Here is a loop showing modeled air quality from 12AM to 8PM Thursday. Wildfire smoke at ground level is expected to increase from the north and bring poor air quality for all individuals late tonight and Thursday. Smoke likely persists through Friday once it arrives. #OHwx #PAwx
