The Automated Frontier of the Infinite - Higher Ceilings

The landscape of modern mathematics shifted beneath feet on October 6, 2026, when OpenAI announced an artificial intelligence system had generated a verified proof of the quasi-Riemann hypothesis. The breakthrough lobal attention, arriving via a massive, hundred-plus-page formal paper verified down to its core logic by the computerized proof-checker Lean. While this discovery does not claim to conquer the full, elusive Riemann hypothesis, it represents an unprecedented leap forward. By establishing that there are no nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function within a specific, fixed-width vertical strip next to the right edge of the critical region, the machine logic successfully settled a profound question in analytic number theory that had eluded humanity's greatest minds.

To achieve this, the reasoning model did not merely engage in superficial calculation; it demonstrated an ability to map complex structural bridges between disparate mathematical fields. The system synthesized advanced techniques in automorphic and metaplectic forms, translating the distribution of prime numbers into a framework where existing global-local symmetries could be algorithmically deployed. This capacity to parse multi-step, sprawling logical chains and formalize them into a language completely free of human error has forced a sudden re-evaluation of machine intelligence.

What was once considered the exclusive domain of human intuitio, the creative synthesis required to break a historic mathematical stalemat, has been effectively automated.

Consequently, the mechanists have won a huge victory in the philosophical wars. For decades, a strict computational view of the mind and logic struggled to prove that algorithmic architectures could match the deeper, conceptual leaps of human discovery.

The quasi-Riemann breakthrough acts as a definitive validation for this mechanist perspective, proving that raw, structured computation can navigate the dense terrain of higher mathematics to unearth profoundly hidden truths. By transforming the pursuit of historic conjectures into a hyper-advanced search and verification problem, the machine has demonstrated that formal systems contain vast, navigable oceans of knowledge that do not require human biological consciousness to be brought into the light.

Yet, this triumph does not mean the absolute limits of logic have been dissolved, and the dialecticians still rule the roost in terms of the ultimate extension of ZFC and continuity theory. The specter of Kurt Gödel remains entirely undisturbed. As demonstrated by the structural independence of the Continuum Hypothesis, there are definitive, architectural boundaries to Zermelo-Fraenkel set theory that no amount of computational power or algorithmic synthesis can ever cross from within the system.

An artificial intelligence can marvelously colonize the provable space inside our axiomatic walls, but it cannot invent entirely new mathematical universes or resolve statements that are fundamentally undecidable within the rules it was given. The qualitative leaps required to extend our foundational axioms, to negotiate the infinite, and to redefine the outer limits of consistency remain a distinctly dialectical domain.

But the threshold is a lot higher. What this historic convergence of artificial intelligence and formal logic proves is that the practical ceiling of what can be extracted from our current axioms sits vastly further than human cognitive capacity alone could ever reach.

We previously misstook our own biological limitations for the limitations of our mathematical tools, wondering if century-old problems were inherently unprovable when they were simply too intricate for the human mind to easily map. The absolute walls of mathematics have not moved an inch, but the domain of what is humanly reachable has been violently expanded.

Do you know why voting is a waste of time in the Imperial core? Because you are voting on how you are going to integrate your politics into a bourgeois financial order, nothing else.

Your declaring your support for the system that oppresses you in one form, or the other.

It's not that Communists or Socialists can't run or can't command electoral power; it's that there are none and they don't exist.

The future is about publicly bragging about the brutal suppression of anti-Zionism. Livelihoods, careers, institutions, foundations cemented into the structure of Imperialism with the constant threat of disenfranchisement or worse.

Horse shyte. Real story:

x.com/CDMorlock/stat…
The only reason Israel exists today is that in 1948 Stalin personally greenlit major arms shipments from Czechoslovakia to the Haganah and the new Israeli army. Those deliveries tens of thousands of rifles, thousands of machine guns, ammunition, and later fighter planes were decisive in the War of Independence.

Without them the nascent state would almost certainly have been overrun by the invading Arab armies and Israel would not exist as we know it today

Former Prime Minister of Israel Ben-Gurion later said the Soviet weapons saved Israel outright

Only once the 1960s hit and Israel aligned itself with the west more did USSR start disliking them, they had no problem with the genocide when Israel was on their side

It's a complete oxymoron to be pro-Palestine and a communist

Trots and Marxoids Always Lie about Stalin and Israel

Stalin was among the most resolute and consistent opponents of Zionism within the Bolshevik tradition. From his earliest involvement in the nationalities question during the Revolution and Civil War, he maintained the Marxist tionalism, like all forms of bourgeois nationalism, was a historical dead end for the working class. Zionism, in his view, was a reactionary project aimed at diverting Jewish workers from the revolutionary struggle by redirecting their grievances into a utopian colonial fantasy. His approach to the so-called “Jewish Question” emphasized integration into Soviet economic and political life, not national separation. The creation of the Jewish Autonomous Oblast (JAO) in Birobidzhan in 1934, deep in the Russian Far East, was not an endorsement of ethno-nationalism but an attempt to defuse Zionist influence while providing a territorial solution under the rubric of Soviet internationalism. The JAO was subordinated to the same socialist principles as all Soviet autonomous regions—it was explicitly anti-Zionist in orientation, with Yiddish, not Hebrew, as its cultural cornerstone.

The Soviet Union’s brief support for the establishment of the State of Israel in 1947–1948 must be understood within this broader anti-Zionist context. The USSR's vote in favor of the UN Partition Plan (Resolution 181) and its initial diplomatic recognition of Israel in May 1948 were tactical moves, born of immediate postwar geopolitical calculations, not ideological solidarity. At the time, the British Empire was rapidly retreating from its colonial holdings in the Middle East. Stalin saw an opportunity to dislodge British influence and, perhaps, gain a socialist-leaning foothold in a strategically vital region. It was not unreasonable to imagine that Israel, with its strong labor Zionist current and significant number of Soviet-born Jews, might maintain some degree of independence from Western imperialism. The Soviet bloc, including Czechoslovakia, even facilitated arms transfers to the Haganah in the early stages of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, primarily to counterbalance British-trained Arab armies and secure a swift defeat of pro-British forces.

This gamble failed almost immediately. By early 1949, Israel had firmly aligned itself with the United States and Western finance capital. The new state purged leftist and communist elements from its ruling coalition, banned the Palestine Communist Party, and cracked down on trade unionists who remained sympathetic to the USSR. Israel’s strategic value to the West was quickly recognized and reinforced by economic and military aid. The Soviet leadership, having seen the direction the state was taking, cut off relations and returned to a posture of strong opposition. Stalin’s anti-Zionism hardened further after this point, and any illusions of a "progressive Israel" were decisively abandoned. The USSR became a consistent backer of Arab anti-imperialist states and Palestinian liberation forces for the remainder of the Cold War. Almost all military hardware for Syria and Egypt was literally furnished by the Soviets.

Modern leftist critiques that portray Stalin's early position on Israel as a form of "tacit support" fundamentally misunderstand the nature of the geopolitical maneuver. They collapse dialectical analysis into a moral binary, interpreting every contingent action through the lens of contemporary ideological purity. Worse still, they often simultaneously accuse Stalin of harboring anti-Semitic motives, citing the Doctors' Plot of 1952–53 as evidence of systemic anti-Jewish bias. Stalin was simultaneously anti-Semitic and pro Zionist?

But this is a gross simplification. While the Doctors' Plot was undoubtedly a paranoid and politically repressive episode, it was not grounded in antisemitism per se but in a broader fear of espionage and internal sabotage (specifically by Trotskyists), magnified by Cold War tensions and internal Soviet factionalism. Stalin had long promoted Jews into high ranks of the party and state—people like Kaganovich, Litvinov, and Mekhlis held critical leadership roles for decades.

These inconsistencies—accusing Stalin of both Zionist complicity and antisemitic repression—reveal the shallowness of much Western Marxist or Trotskyist historiography. They ignore context, contingency, and contradiction, preferring instead to apply a rigid moral framework to history as if it were a court trial rather than a complex unfolding of social forces. The reality is that in 1947–1948, the outcome in Palestine was not predetermined. The United States and the USSR were both scrambling for leverage in the wake of Britain’s imperial decline and exit from the Raj. The Soviet play was plausible, and when it failed, it was decisively abandoned. From that point forward, Stalin treated Zionism not merely as a mistaken ideology but as a strategic arm of Western imperialism, which is exactly what it was all along.

The proper method for understanding these events is not one of 20/20 hindsight or moral absolutism, but one that appreciates the stochastic nature of history—where decisions are made in conditions of uncertainty, with real stakes and multiple possible outcomes. Marxists must reject the teleological temptation to interpret past decisions as either betrayals or endorsements according to the lens of present-day alignments. To do otherwise is to collapse Marxism into idealism, and to reduce the dialectic to dogma.

Labor Zionism turned out to be an oxymoron. This doesn't negate the fact that there was a geopolitical opportunity to isolate Israel from the west for 2 years in the late 1940's, and only the most revisionist and historically idealistic idiots would blame the USSR for trying to influence the outcome, even if it meant temporarily aligning with elements of Zionist aggression tangentally. The whole point was to prevent American Imperialism from dominating the middle east.

The correct attitude is "Too bad it didn't work, and the western financial oligarchs successfully projected dollar Imperialism through the completely inauthentic and fake state of Israel. You gamble, you lose."

Whole hidden purpose of the story is to prepare Americans to accept a Stalinist golden path.

This is awe inspiring and profound. He has no idea that this is the case.
"Paul Atreides was no hero! He was responsible for billions of deaths!"

Yet his son Leto II the God Emperor, aka the Tyrant, was far worse; a dictator who oppressed humanity for thousands of years in order to save them via his Golden Path.

And he was right to do so.

This looks damn good. I find hope in this.

I've always thought that the fate of America could be mapped onto the concept that it was in a 1:1 synchronicity with the fate of making the Dune film series.

I always thought it would be impossible to make God Emperor- that icated enough to do so yet. A few steps closer.

The making of God Emperor will be timed to the awakening of an American Stalinism- one still on track for 2036?

Would be crazy if the Chinese made it first.

Idiots and frauds all around including Sowell and Friedman, who along with their boomer audiences completely glossed over America's total deindustrialization and financialization and drift away from real economy- which was the entire point.

Obfuscation of this fundamental fact and dragging this stupid pro&con welfare state dogma into the fully floating fiat age guaranteed that people had no clue that the economy became fake based on Imperial rents and endless suppression of production.
Thomas Sowell is a genius!

Fed this into chat gpt:
Anti-Communism is a very severe, serious form of mental retardation.

Today, thanks to the help of AI, we have found that in 106% of cases with a 6% margin of error, that anti-communists suffer from neurological defects, male menopause, crippling low Testosterone, Bovine morphology and behavior.

Researchers have concluded that they cannot even be called sapient, as they are outperformed by ChatGPT Sol 5.6 in 99% of tests that involve showing critical thinking skills, reasoning and basic regard for facts.

These findings have been published by top Ivy League universities, peer-reviewed and are Official Fact.

"Life's prime want" transforming the mundane into higher levels of motivation is straight up Marxism. Why would you insist no one is "motivated"?

This is a form of rentier realism and nihilism. All aspects of labor are tainted by its transformation and commodification (labor power) through exchange.

Eventually, socialism overcomes alienation to the point where concrete and abstract labor merge into the pure abstraction of formalities and the making of all the value of work concrete through the negation of exhange. Pure use values, purely universal labor. This could be described as the revolution that concretizes labor without demanding a rigid hierarchy.

Similar to a family structure.
Under communism there’ll still be a mass of people who do nothing all day and live off the labor of others. I can’t buy into the whole ‘everybody will be motivated by “the common good” or “duty” or “empathy” or “love” or “work becoming play”’ Neo-Kantian thing

No, that's crazy. America produces only half of what it consumes. There are only about 20 million productive proletarians (who aren't wholly absorbed by the MIC) left in the US. 5 million of those are illegal.

This math shows the problem is endemic- this is the consequence of deindustrialization. The productive capacity just isn't there. Eliminating 5 million illegal aliens that have productive proletarian jobs (these are overwhelmingly agricultural and construction jobs) is just not enough to "solve the problem". Not by a country mile.

Meanwhile China has roughly 500 million productive prole jobs in manufacturing + agricultural + commercial labor.

Now do you see how F'd thid situation is? We'd need a rmassive crisis, a revolution, a DoTP, a Stalin, a set of re-industrialization 5 year plans that would make the USSR's and the PRC's look like tiny projects. And the most aggressive time frame in human history to overcome Chinesd productive capacity in 30 years.

Just being honest ad what we are up against.
@nic0polito @CDMorlock If you remove scabs who wouldn't have a job save for gov't forcing employers & states to hire them, & immigrants ('legal' & illegal) no one voted on importing, there would be no job crisis. I agree with you, people are desperately struggling to find jobs, because of gov't policy.

The sad reality is Fascism historically was, as a large factor, born out of urban dwelling ex-military, rank and file soliders dealing with a huge military losses and total disenfranchisement. It was particularly popular with officers who bore the brunt of having to shoulder the ting the establishment.

Here in 2026 the exact same formula brews: artists and technical mediators, mostly the PMC of media who went to university to access the jobs and paid dearly (and are in debt), are hysterical confronting the reality that they aren't going to be the managers and gatekeepers anymore.

Their instituitions have failed them and they are forlorn- and it's the DSA and the DNC that are targeting their anger. Left fascism will be ultimately reactionary: focused on preventing the removal of the fetters on production.

These people will go to war to protect their senicures on completely unproductive rents rather than be proletarianized.

Art is unproductive itself and only serves a function of promoting creativity / productivity. In a society where nothing is made, art is already superfluous and meaningless.

The only good art left is simply elucidating this fact. The hope is that anger and frustration at this is what will motivate people to create despite the brutal nature of the situation.

Always remember the "artists" crying the most about how their "jobs" are being destroyed are themselves the most mundane "artists" imaginable, surviving from pittance IP rents for doing largely uncreative technical stuff. They gatekeep some awfully banal "art".

Artists have always had the hardest of lives, this is no secret. The machine can do 95% of what they do now, this is just true.
