Build Canada Homes (BCH) was created to close the delivery gap. By bringing together land, critical investment, and innovation, BCH is building more affordable homes, faster.

In Toronto's Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood, Build Canada Homes marked the start of construction on the first project advancing under its partnership with the @cityoftoronto, transforming a former City parking lot into rental and affordable units.

Today in Ottawa, Build Canada Homes highlighted its investment in the Beausoleil Project. Together with CMHC support, the project will deliver 159 affordable rental homes.

Build Canada Homes supports projects across the housing continuum and creates the conditions for more homes to move from planning to construction.
