Even banks like sbi, hdfc ask for mother's name, pan/aadhar, last 4 digits of card number, DOB for customer verification, that to not all of them, any 1/2. But @RBLBankCares is weird, told my mother's name, credit card limit, then my last bill paid, or current balance limit available!!! I mean who would have these readily available. What if it's an elderly customer or in a weak internet area? Absolutely ridiculous by @rblbank. Already they are calling after 24 hours after raised the issue and now this. My issue itself was why @Swiggy was blacklisted for 24 hours. Now that is offer, so absolutely no use with the customer care of #RBLBank.

Finally got hold of an agent who said i cannot buy anything from #SwiggyInstamart for 24 hrs. No reason provided nothing just blanket block. While itried with another #rblbank credit card,that payment too failed but I received call/sms & after following instructions I was able to make payment. But primary card is blocked for the time being. If I cannot use my #creditcard as and when I require it, what's the purpose of having one. So i request to either remove the block immediately or cancel all my credit cards.

If CRED can fetch the bill amount due on my credit cards, why can’t it update the status once I’ve paid the bill through another platform? 🤔
The payment is done, but CRED still shows it as OVERDUE!
Now, instead of enjoying the satisfaction of clearing a bill, I get a separate anxiety about whether I’ve missed a payment. 😂
Come on, CRED. Sync the payments too!
