Air Chief Marshal Ashutosh Dixit has opted for an electric vehicle (EV) as his official ride, taking a step towards greener transportation.
Dixit assumed charge as the 29th Chief of the Air Staff on 31 October 2026. He took over from Air Chief Marshal A P Singh at a ceremony for the outgoing chief at the Race Course Air Force Station. Dixit was serving as the IAF’s Vice Chief and played a key role in Operation Sindoor
